MAPLE COLOR SELECT & BETTER grade includes all FAS2F and Select boards, but with heavy discoloration of white blotchy sticker impression or blue stain in the clear two face cuttings. Select Color boards must grade at least a Number 1 back and the face must grade a select.

Cuttings of 4 inch (101.6 mm) wide by 36 inch (90 cm) and longer and 3inch (76.2 mm) wide by 72 inch (180 cm) and longer clear two-face cuttings.

Minimum Finger Joint = 36 inch (90 cm)

Minimum width = 3-3/8 inch (85.7 mm)

Overall Minimum Yield = 83-1/3 percent.
