JB1 is a narrow Cabinet grade well suited for use in door frame and panel production, cabinetry and, furniture, maximizing clear two face cuttings.

JB1 produces middle to long clear one face cuttings (24-60 inches) that are available for panels, case good fronts and tops and, cabinets requiring one clear exposed surface.

Widths: 3.0 inches to 4.5 inches.

Lengths: 6 foot minimum.

Minimum Size Cuttings: Minimum of 3 inches by 2 feet. No limit to the number of cuttings allowed.

Grade Notes: This grade admits all boards of 2 feet and over, surface measure yielding not less than 66.66 percent clear two face (C2F) cuttings.

SIDE BEND is limited to .5 inches.

PIN KNOTS are not considered defect.
