JB is similar to a narrow Custom / highline Common grade well suited for cross cutting applications for use in panel production, maximizing sound back, clear one face (C1F) cuttings.

JB produces clear one face cuttings (24-48 inches) that are available for panels, casegood fronts and tops and, cabinets requiring one clear exposed surface.

Widths: 3 inches to 4.5 inches.

Lengths: 6 foot minimum.

Minimum Size Cuttings: 2 inches by 24 inches. No Limit to the number of cuttings allowed.

Grade Notes: This grade admits all boards of 2 feet and over, surface measure yielding not less than 50 percent clear one face (C1F) cuttings with the reverse side of the cuttings being a SOUND CUTTING.

SIDE BEND is limited to .5 inches.

PIN KNOTS are not considered defect.
