CUSTOM SKIP grade is used by customers who may want a thinner net finish for panel production, cabinetry, and furniture.

CUSTOM SKIP consists of boards that will grade as Custom Shop when re-dressed .13 inches.

Widths: 3 ½ inch minimum.

Lengths: 6 foot minimum.

Minimum Size Cuttings: 3 inches by 3 feet’ or 4 inches by 2 feet’ C1F. No Limit to the number of cuttings allowed.

Grade Notes: This grade admits all boards of 2 feet and over surface measure yielding not less than 66.66 percent clear, one face (C1F) cuttings with the reverse side of the cuttings sound as defined in "SOUND CUTTING".

Side bend, as defined in "SIDE BEND" limited to 1inch.

Pin knots, as defined in "PIN KNOTS" are not considered defect.

Skip less than .100 inch (depth combined from both faces) is not considered defect.
